|  We recently sold a home in Framingham with the assistance of realtor Donna
Moy-Bruno.
Ms. Moy-Bruno was extremely professional in all her dealings with us, with other brokers and with prospective buyers. She is very knowledgeable about all aspects of selling and purchasing real estate in the area. We relied on her judgment and expertise in making many decisions and she always guided us in a positive and useful way.
Ms. Moy-Bruno worked well beyond her general obligation to us as her clients. She took care of small details relating to preparing the house for the final sale. She checked on the house to be sure it was being maintained properly while we were away. She staged the house beautifully and presented it in the best possible light. Ms. Moy-Bruno set up an outstanding website to sell the house. Her presentation on the web was one of the things which we feel contributed to the fairly quick sale of the house and the large number of people coming to see it before the sale. We also found her presentation of comparable houses to be on target and reasonable therefore we felt comfortable with the selling price that was set.
We enjoyed working with Ms. Moy-Bruno in every way and would highly recommend her to anyone who is interested in working with a professional, intelligent and motivated real estate broker.

Donna helped us with the purchase of our new home and the sale of our old home. While the purchase side was very straight forwarded for us, Donna did a great job of marketing our old home. Within days of listing the property, 9 people had seen the house, others were calling to see the house, 3 offers were made and we accepted an offer in excess of the listing price. Donna drove the immediate quality traffic that we were looking for through our doors.
